SCHEDULING

All Pre-Recorded Readings are delivered within 3 business days from the date the reading is scheduled via an unlisted Youtube Link.

Live Readings are done via Zoom on the day and time selected on the calendar.

Please do not reach out for delivery updates prior to the 3 day delivery time frame.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Once you book a reading, a refund will not be issued even if your circumstances change during the waiting period and/or customer is dissatisfied with the outcome of the reading. You are paying for the energy exchange and time of having a reading, which is an investment. The free will of all parties involved in your situation determines the outcome of your situation. Should you need to make changes to the reading you have booked, cancel, or reschedule, then you must provide a 24-hour notice.
